Somehow The Wire's David Simon manages to be incredibly interesting in the face of this cheesy interview by ex-Kenickie popster, Lauren Laverne. I especially like his comments around the 3:15 mark.

Just finished Someone Knows My Name by Lawrence Hill. You must read it. Flawless.
Anne Lamott's Operating Instructions makes me wonder if she's a total nutter or if everyone is like that when they have a baby.
Just finishing that Julian Barnes book about the history of the world. Think I might need to read it again for full understanding.
Now I'm reading Twilight the book. Just to study how source material becomes a movie. Not because I'm in love with Edward. I swear.
I liked Twilight. A lot. Weird, huh?
